The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The Nook is the full tiny home experience with modern features including a fireplace, full kitchen, and private yard. You can BBQ or cozy up to the fire pit and soak in the night sky. It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.

Our stand alone cottage is separated from main home by a great enclosed deck with ocean views. Private walkway to cottage without stairs and wheelchair accessible, ample off street parking in large driveway and dog friendly.

The living area features a gas fireplace and of course there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with top quality equipment and a beautiful view.
