Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. According to the needs of the guests, you can have 3 double beds. To these, it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years old).

We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
