Nice studio located 90 meters from a cove with sea access on foot. It is totally independent with its garden and terrace. You have a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Parking space adjacent to the studio. The accommodation is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.
