Large country house with a pool on the Unesco heritage vineyards, just 5 km from Nice Monferrato. Ideal starting point for visiting Acqui Terme, Asti and Alba, or for tasting tours in the many wineries of the area, as well as for trips to Liguria! The house is surrounded by greenery, near the village. Grocery store 3 km away, well-stocked shopping mall 15 min drive. There is a small market of local products in the town square on Tuesday mornings.

Partially renovated 70 sq mt flat in a historical building next to the Church of Bruno, the highest point of town. Living room, kitchen and dining/work table, good to relax work or entertain. Totallly separate bedroom witlh walk in shower cabin and small WC. The flat is located within wine routes, trekking paths and biking circuits. I live 1 km away and you can use my 19 x 6 mt pool. (available for your use but not a listed amenity of the flat)

The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in an hour by car or visit the big cities of northern Italy. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).
