This amazing apartment is part of a newly constructed, three-story home and includes plenty of closet space, AC, and views of the Coronado bridge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including cooking supplies and a dishwasher. There is a small, semi-private front yard, shared washer/dryer (free), ample street parking, and plenty of other amenities . Close to all metro areas, Apartment54 is the perfect location for Comic-Con, Pride, or any other San Diego convention.

The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!
