Garn-y-Skirrid is an wooden cabin with wildlife friendly garden for 1 or 2 people with shower room and well equipped kitchenette. Close to the Brecon Beacons, just 3 miles from Abergavenny with outstanding views and ideal for enjoying all the outdoor opportunities: walking, cycling, wild swimming etc. £10 per night discount for single occupancy. One pet welcome but not in Feb/ March/April when we are lambing. A warm welcome is extended to all guests by the owners, Tom and Marjorie, next door.

Relax and immerse yourself in nature without compromising on luxury in our beautiful woodland cabin, nestled in a stunning private woodland on our farm. Outside there is a large decked area with seating and a wood fired pizza oven. There is a separate fire pit area perfect for sitting around and toasting marshmallows or cooking on. The highlight has to be relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with trees all around you, bliss! Inside there's everything you'll need for a relaxing, romantic getaway!

A charming entrance is framed by a small garden featuring potted plants and a wall trellis. The stable door is painted in dark colors, with a decorative clock mounted nearby. Brick pavers lead to the door, providing a welcoming first impression.

Just 10 minutes by car from Abergavenny but a peaceful country retreat. Simple, modern log cabin with open plan sitting/kitchen/dining with double sofa bed & a double bedroom and bathroom. 50 metres behind the farmhouse, away from the road and screened by trees. There are board games, books, toys etc. Wifi available, basic CD player/radio plus CDs Garden furniture for sitting out. Homemade firepit. Farm to wander over. Animals to see. Good places to eat out. Our bespoke, cosy cabins sleep two adults and two children. They have big comfy beds, separate allocated kitchens and shower rooms, heaters, power and in-cabin bike/equipment/gear storage. BikePark Wales is a short ride away, we're on the Taff Trail (cycle route 8) and a short drive from the Brecon Beacons National Park.
