Although attached to the main house, privacy is paramount free use of the hot tub, whilst enjoying the spacious gorgeous garden. The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden.
