It has 03 bedrooms on the lower floor, ALL WITH air CONDITIONING being 02 suites, kitchen in open concept integrated with dining room and gourmet space with BARBECUE. The POOL is wide and protected with gates. On the upper floor there is a large living room, TV, reading space, table for games, balcony and lavabo.
