The 90 sqm - licensed - apartment for 2 persons is located in the center of Cala Ratjada, in the immediate vicinity of the waterfront, directly behind the Cafe Noah's. The apartment, which also includes an underground parking space, is located on the second floor of an apartment building. By elevator you can get from the underground parking to almost in front of the apartment door, which is very convenient especially for larger purchases. In general, a TG parking space in this central location is very valuable.

75m2 loft with terrace, mountain views and 2km from the beaches. New loft-style house - penthouse, very comfortable and cozy. Great attention has been paid to detail in the decor and comfort. Located on the outskirts of the town of Capdepera, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Son Moll... with a beautiful 15m2 terrace overlooking the mountains and the medieval castle, with plenty of natural lighting.

Wonderful apartment on the beach with stunning 180° sea views, with all the amenities to feel comfortable. New apartment, fully renovated. Building surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. 10 minutes walk you have Supermarkets like Mercadona and Lidel. (Large Supermarkets) -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2.5€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.
