IMPORTANT: A building is being constructed on the lot across from the property, with construction hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There could be more noise than usual, apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, special rates are offered temporarily. Kitchen equipped with full kitchenware, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave with grill. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 Kg of load. SMART TV. The terrace is separated from the one in the apartment next door (similar features) by a door that is normally closed. Opening this door, both floors could be communicated by the outside. This would allow you to rent the two penthouses, thus allowing you to get a place up to 12 people in total.
