i have lovingly restored this entire townhouse palma over the last 20 years and offer short term rent apartments fully equipped with desk workspace - wifi and access to printer. place to park your bicicle or scooter the rooftop apartment has two private roof terasses on two levels only to be tenjoyed by you- one is via a bedroom and the other large terasse via a staircase.the whole apartment is on the second floor- 80m° plus 45m°terasses - there is no lift but the stair hallway is comfortable.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with a textured white coverlet, framed by wooden beams overhead. A writing desk with a lamp and shelving unit are present, alongside a stylish graphic wall art piece. Natural light enters through a nearby door.

There are 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. There is no elevator. A passport or similar will be required for check-in.

Minimum official booking must be for 1 month. Electricity, water and wifi included in price.
