COC – Le Grand Terrain

Villa Le Grand Terrain is a family house in the heart of the dunes. You will find all the comforts you need to spend a stay with your family. Its large garden and terrace on the first floor will let you discover a great sea view! The villa is 2 steps from the sea and the center. The house consists of: - Parental Room: 1 bed 160x200cm, with ensuite bathroom, - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160 x 200 cm, - Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed, i.e. 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm, All rooms are on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room is upstairs overlooking an incredible sea view. We provide in all our accommodations quality sheets, bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies (a hand towel, a towel, dishwashing liquid, sponge). Housekeeping and tourist tax are included in the final price of the rental. Check-ins and Check-Out are done independently thanks to the information sent on the morning of your arrival, and a key box on site. You'll be able to reach our teams for the duration of their stay. It overlooks the bay of Cap Gris-Nez and Lake Wissant. Behind this incredible view, our house has always been home to the laughter of children, the returns of walks, board games, hot chocolates and aperitifs on the terrace…: our little paradise. Out of respect for our neighbors, noisy parties are not allowed.
