Breathtaking natural beauty. 1,475 sq ft Casita, with views of Abiquiu Lake, the red cliffs surrounding Ghost Ranch, and the 10,000 ft mountain Pedernal, all which Georgia O'Keefe made famous in her paintings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a Bosch gas stove with heavy gauge grills. There's a stainless BBQ just outside on the portal. The Master BR has a slate shower and deep soaking tub. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, + a Full Size Inflatable Mattress available.

The Casita at Prado Verde Ranch

The Casita at Prado Verde Ranch has a rustic feel and will take you back in time. The ranch, located along the Chama River, is a 200-acre working ranch in Abiquiu NM. The main ranch house, well over 100 years old, is home to the Newell family and Newell Cattle. It is winter pasture and spring calving grounds for the cattle. The home site was originally settled by Bartolome Trujillo in the 1734. Pottery shards found in the pastures indicate that this site was a Native American settlement.

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Our casita sits on 13.5 acres of land and has expansive views of Abiquiu, the Chama river valley, the geologic formations known as Plaza Blanca (or the “White Place”), and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains over Santa Fe. We are located 55mins from Santa Fe, and 5hrs from Denver. Abiquiu is a destination frequented by artists, writers, spirit seekers, and nature lovers from around the world.
