My Family Home was built in 1947 in a quaint Neighborhood across from a Park. Small Town with Unique little shops, restaurants.Only a short ride to Thomasville GA that has Award winning Dinning and Boutiques as well as Department Stores. I have my personal belongings there, pictures, clothes etc if this is an issue please don’t rent my home. Also, one of the bathrooms in located in the yellow room. Not normal I know, but this is how my father designed it, he thought it was cool. You may not.

The Loft has several fast food restaurants nearby and is located approximately 30 mi from Thomasville, Albany, and Moultrie, GA. Features 3 large bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen , and a new front loader washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. A queen size air bed is available also.

There is a Smart TV in every room in the house, which will allow you to watch some channels (If you have an account, you can access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime). High Speed Wifi throughout the house. Full Kitchen for cooking and washer/dryer inside the home. Everything you will need to make you feel at home. This house is throughly cleaned after every tenant.

Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. The kitchenette provides a coffee maker, refrigerator, eating utensils, and microwave. Prices will be adjusted for long-term reservations (ex: traveling nurses; contractors; etc.)
