Apricale, townhouse in the center of Italy's most charming town

Welcome to my charming village house located in the middle of the 13th century village of Apricale, 2 minutes from the village Piazza. The house is built on a hill. Three floors with kitchen at the bottom, living room on the middle floor with sofa bed and exit to balcony, at the top beautiful bedroom with wonderful view from French balconies. Il Vecchio Mulino is an ancient rural residence that combines hospitality, nature, and tranquility, offering an authentic stay between history, sustainability, and relaxation. Inside, original architectural elements are still well preserved. From the living area, you can access the balcony that overlooks the Pennavaire stream directly, (which is also easily accessible through an external wrought iron staircase) thus offering a unique experience. Note: the stream is suitable for swimming most of the year.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

Lovely country house surrounded by vineyards

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

The apartment is located in a villa within a small farm.
