My house is located 50 m from the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops , ATM and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for some tranquility , solo adventurers who love nature , business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to practice climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Casa Alba is one of the few apartments in Cala Gonone that can boast an incredible location. The apartment is in fact in the residential area of the village, a private area and not reachable except by the residents who have the remote control for the bar that is at the entrance of the street; the apartment is about five minutes by foot from the center of the village; ten minutes by foot from the port and thirty seconds by foot from the nearest beach; the house has private parking.

The apartment is located in the center of Santa Maria Navarrese 100 meters away. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes walk you can reach the beaches of the center, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacy, children's playground, ATM, etc... Bright apartment on the first floor of the family villa located in the pine forest in front of a small cove which can be accessed directly from the garden. A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice: As of April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12. I rent a brand new apartment in a central and quiet area, close to all comforts: about 300 m. from the beach and 200 m from bar, market, restaurants, and bus stop. The view from the veranda is (truly) wonderful, the sea always offers different shades depending on the day and the moment, with the mistral accentuating the tones. Guests are impressed by the size of the house, the amenities available, and the care taken to maintain the property.
