Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

This lovely villa is within walking distance of the centre of Calan Porter and its beautiful beach, it has been renovated to a good standard but still retains typical Spanish charm. It has 3 bedrooms including a King size with an en suite bathroom a double and a twin. in addition to the en suite there is a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher , washing machine ,cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, together with all the usual facilities.
