IMPORTANT: Contact before booking so that I can tell you the conditions. In July and August, the rent will be for full weeks or fortnights, and a maximum of one day will be left between bookings. Beachfront apartment overlooking the Cap D'Artrutx Lighthouse. It has a community pool and garden, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a full kitchen with an oven and microwave. Linens and towels are included.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

A spacious room is filled with natural light, featuring a large bed adorned with vibrant textiles. A tall ladder leans against the wall, and a wooden shelving unit offers storage. Soft pendant lights hang from the ceiling, enhancing the airy atmosphere.

Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

A natural rock formation creates a secluded swimming area, showcasing clear turquoise water. Steps lead down from a rocky ledge to the water's edge, surrounded by rugged stone. Sunlight reflects off the surface, highlighting the textures of both the rocks and the water.
