Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Downtown apartment "Viviane"

Located in the historic heart of Vannes, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the city on foot. The accommodation is close to the ramparts, the port and all the shops. Towels and bed linens are provided. Guests can check in at the apartment from 3pm and check out at 12pm. For your convenience, you will have free and independent access thanks to a key box system.
