This is part of a 15 unit short term rental property. 1 mile from boat ramp and state park for Lake Bob Sandlin! and 2 other lakes. The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door!
