Located in the heart of Matapalo’s jungle, this is a nature lovers dream home ~ Our recently built 2-bedroom unit has an open air design providing amazing views on all sides for prime wildlife watching and a sweet tropical breeze. Just a short stroll away from spectacular Pan Dulce Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Both bedrooms have orthopaedic mattresses, fresh linens and towels and mosquito nets. Rooms have easy access to a private bathroom, watch the monkeys as you shower!

In its May 2025 issue, the American magazine "Forbes" vetted us "best beachfront Airbnb in Costa Rica." The world-renowned business magazine Forbes selected 12 outstanding Airbnb rentals in Costa Rica and named us "best beachfront accommodation". Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. The waves that break in front of our house are perfect for beginners.

Lots of tours to for example Corcovado National Park and Golfo Dulce leave from the centre of the town, so it's the perfect startingpoint to your adventures.

Solar panels provides reliable 110V electricity to fans, blender, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, WiFi, hot shower, and charging/ running devices. Excellent filtered spring drinking water on tap. This tree loft is excellent for viewing hummingbirds in the garden below with an ocean view backdrop.

We are featuring the Garden House, which you are welcome to enjoy anything that is in season from the garden, including; ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, and a variety of other edibles.
