Perfect location for the outstanding fishing on the Missouri River and the great deer and pheasant hunting that Gregory county is known for! Within 15 to 25 minutes of four different boat ramps on the river! Double carport to keep your boat or vehicles under cover! Located on five lots so plenty of room to park or just enjoy the outdoor room. Quiet small town with extremely friendly residents! Also perfect for anyone just passing by for the night! “N0”TV in house or Wi-Fi but great cell service.

We would love to share our cozy (850 sq ft) getaway cabin. Located on rolling hills five minutes from Pease Creek Recreation Park and the Missouri River. Relax on the patio or take in outdoor activities boating, hiking, fishing, or hunting. Plenty of parking area and boat plug in available. Local accommodations at Geddes (7 miles) or Lake Andes (11 miles). It is semi-off grid, cell service ok, but not always great. There is no wifi available. TV can be run off Roku if you have a mobile hotspot.

Pickstown (population 220) about 5 miles. Wagner (pop 1600) about 18 miles. Lake Andes (pop 830) 7 miles. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house.
