There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

In the heart of the South Downs National Park, Beaufort Lodge is an immaculate, self contained lodge in the garden of our property in the ancient market town of Petersfield. Entry is through its own front door leading to the main living area with king size bed, TV, settee, fridge, microwave, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine. The separate bathroom is situated at the end of the living area with a walk in double length shower unit, sink and toilet.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Quaint Cosy Cottage in East Meon with access to Pubs, Shops, Historic Church and lots of country walks and access to South Downs National Park. It has public transport to both Petersfield and Winchester. This cottage benefits from 2 bedrooms, downstairs shower room/ toilet, kitchen and lounge with wood burning stove. With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
