The Metato of Borgo Toggiano

Borgo Toggiano tells us the story of the rural past of the Modena mountains. It is a rural settlement dating back to the 1800s, consisting of separate buildings that served as residences and for agricultural work. Two centuries later, it was the subject of a restoration by local craftsmen and stonemasons, who brought to light the stones with which these buildings were built.
