Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat.
