Large studio with fireplace a stone's throw from the forest

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Small apartment (T2) quiet, elegant and air-conditioned, for 2 or 4 people, on the ground floor of the family home. You can enjoy the pool, shared on weekdays, Monday to Friday, (EXCEPT weekends and holidays). 3 minutes from the main village, with all the shops, as well as terminals for electric cars, and 15 minutes from the A6, Mâcon or Tournus. The House opposite: a cozy guesthouse

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.
