Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Stylishly decorated with antiques, with old doors and fittings from the period. Modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Bedroom with a 1.80 m wide box spring bed with mattresses and continuous topper and extra dressing room.

The new and modernly furnished apartment offers space for 2 adults and 1 child in 60 square meters and is a separate apartment in the main house with a separate entrance. It has a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sheep room has a double bed, which can be quickly and easily converted into two single beds. The bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, can be accessed through a connecting door in the bedroom.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
