The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Ideal zum Entspannen nach Spaziergängen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus. Large windows let plenty of light into the spacious living room. Equipped with many artworks in the apartment and with a large artist garden. Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
