Beautiful comfortable apartment in historic house

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Small simple accommodation

The apartment with terrace is part of our residential building. Room for about 4 people. There are a total of 2 rooms. The smaller space can accommodate 2 mattresses and is a walk-through room to the bathroom. The larger room has 2 more mattresses and a dining table. The apartment is not renovated and only offers an easy place to stay. Our house is located outside the village on a country road (without foot/bike path). By car, you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes.

The lovingly furnished apartment is spread over two floors with an entrance area in the lower part and the living area in the upper part. The apartment has been newly renovated and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a roof terrace on the sunny side. The separate sleeping niche or the cozy sofa bed can accommodate up to two people. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for travelers, trade fair visitors, business travelers or couples.

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
