Lovely apartment in the heart of Swabia between Ulm and Augsburg and about 15 minutes from Legoland and Peppa Pig Park. Consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, for 2 adults and 2 children. As well as a living room with dining area and pull-out couch, where 2 more children could sleep on request. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and fridge, as well as small bathroom with shower/toilet and balcony with tables and chairs. Baby crib available on request.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

A modern kitchen is equipped with sleek cabinetry and essential appliances, including an oven and dishwasher. A dining table with four chairs is centered in the space, adorned with a light green table runner and a vase of tulips. Natural light enters through a window.

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km away and there are many opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.

You will stay in a 4 room 98 qm downstairs flat, there is 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is always two rooms together/Through rooms (you go in one room to get in the other one). Me, my partner and our dog live upstairs. You have 3 supermarkets near by (1,5 - 2 km), a train station, to Legoland it is about 15 minutes by car.
