Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Hello Dear Guests We offer a comfortable apartment, completely renovated, modern, very well equipped, located in the countryside with many possibilities for bucolic walks. Pleasant view from the terrace, private access, private parking Free for 3/4 vehicles. A quiet place, quiet at night, nature with views all around, a " Rechter Backstube" Bakery 10 minutes drive, a convenience store, a wine merchant, quick access to the city of Malmedy.

Hiking/biking paradise

The house is suitable for couples and families (with children) and is located in the middle of the quiet village. Nearby, there is a castle (The castle of Reuland is one of the most beautiful and largest ruins of the Ardennes) and the St. Stephen's Church to visit. You can hike (hiking trails available) and bike in nature. Bicycles can be rented from the tourist office in the village. In the snow, you can go cross-country skiing in Rodt.

No fence around the garden.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
