Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, hat 55 helle qm, 2 Zimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Duschbad und einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig. Zum Bus nach Mainz City / Uni sind es ca. 150 Meter. Den Bahnhof erreicht man in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß und bis zur Autobahn Richtung Frankfurt / Wiesbaden / Mainz ist es nicht weit. Zudem liegt Budenheim direkt am Tor des UNESCO Welterbe Oberes Mittelrheintal mit seiner einmaligen Kulturlandschaft.
