Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Perfectly located one turn from Manatee Park with unreal riverfront setting and nature views. You can lounge inside the huge living room with TV, wrap around couch and pool table. Or eat with your friends & family at the dining room table or massive kitchen island. The outside is absolutely gorgeous and has a huge deck. There is a studio apartment included in your stay that sits just next to the main home.

The outdoor kitchen gives you the opportunity to grill on the Bull 38' in propane gas grill. This home is fully equipped to make your family stay stress-free. Note: We love animals, but we do not have the space that they deserve :( As of April 2024, pool temperature will be set to 80 degrees all year round.
