Riverview house close to PDX airport and downtown

A charming place, recently remodeled with tons of space. Brand new appliances, kitchenware etc. The sitting areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Nice view on Columbia river from upstairs. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy and going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.

The tranquil water pond reflects surrounding greenery, with several tall trees lining the shoreline. The home is positioned nearby, highlighted by a yellow indication. A grassy area extends along the water's edge, creating a serene outdoor environment.
