Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Attic apartment located in a quiet area in the center of the valley, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, in a mountain landscape, take walks and visit breathtaking places. It is also recommended for those who want to visit the Aosta Valley or visit the various ski areas. ACCOMMODATION FOR TOURIST USE-VDA-VILLENEUVE-007 The apartment is in the village of Villeneuve. It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Historic home in the center of Aosta (CIR 0369)

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

Flat in Montestrutto village (TO)

The apartment is inside a historic complex, dating back to around 1700. The entrance is on a large courtyard with a cobblestone floor. Two flor flat with lot's of light, nicely furnished, private terrace. Strategically located along the road to the Aosta Valley. Two free parking spaces 30 and 200 meters from the apartment. Possibility of indoor bicycle parking available.

Il nostro alloggio si trova in un tranquillo borgo di Champorcher, Verana, a pochi passi dall'imbocco per la Valle dell'Alleigne a breve distanza dal Parco del Mont Avic. A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.
