There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.

Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has its own lockable entrance. Lovingly restored, listed residential building the Thome House, formerly Jenn House, named after the builder Jean Thome from 1827. During the 2019-2020 expansion, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological materials. Clay plaster, clay paints, natural wood paneling, natural stone and wood floors.
