Very close to amenities, public transport, Parc des Lices for walking/sports and 10 minutes from the beaches by car.

The first floor (rez-de-chaussé) is used by a contemporary art center, which makes it feel like you are in a town house.

It cannot accommodate more than 4 people, including children. The sofa does not make a bed.
