The Old King's Head with free parking

The Old King's Head was originally a pub and hotel. It is now a Board Games Cafe with a 3 bedroomed maisonette above. It is a grade II listed Georgian building however, there has always been a pub on this site dating fromTudor times. We have lovingly restored the whole building over the last 5 years from a derelict shell. The interior has a high finish while retaining some original features including medieval timbers in the kitchen.Fantastic south facing views to the sea and RNLI boathouse.

The exterior view features a traditional 16th century cottage surrounded by lush greenery, including a vibrant garden with colorful flowers and a tall palm tree. The charming roof displays a mixture of shingles and tiles, reflecting the historical character of the building.

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

The interior showcases an open layout connecting the kitchen and living area. A red armchair and a patterned sofa invite relaxation, while large windows allow natural light to brighten the space. Various kitchen utensils are neatly arranged on the wall, enhancing functionality.
