Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Large and stylish central Hove apartment with private garden, situated on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian seafront building with direct sea views and views over Hove Lawns. The apartment has just been decorated and is filled with antique mirrors, chandeliers, new pale sofas, a king size bed, a double bed and fluffy towels. The shower room is new, with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head. Perfectly located, the shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

Located in Brighton, just 10 mins from the train, town, & beach, its a perfect base for exploring. Including a private wooden sauna, garden, outdoor shower. With its own cinema setup, built-in access to BBC, Prime etc, for a cozy movie night. Wake up with coffee in bed, watch the birds, and enjoy the tranquility.

Features a wonderfully boho open plan area, a big bedroom, a shower room, and a sofa bed for two extra guests in the main room. Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

A unique home in the heart of the famous Lanes. Enjoy socialising in the open plan lounge/kitchen or relax in the oversized bath. A minute's stroll from the iconic Pavilion, the beach and the famous pier. The flat is also located directly opposite the legendary Quadrophenia Alley (if you know, you know). Please note, I share my home with two cats and a dog - we will vacate the property with all pets during your stay, however this may mean my home is not suitable for people with pet allergies.

The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

Our spacious garden flat is just 350m from the beach in the centre of Hove with its superb selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Hove Beach Park with extensive sports facilities is nearby. There's a private decked patio and 2 King Size beds. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack has Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day parking permit and there is nearby EV charging.

The Cottage @ the Laines is ideally located at the heart of Brighton, with easy access to the best the city has to offer. The train station is just 5 minutes walk, with a similar distance to the beach. Being situated in the Laines conservation area, you will have Brighton's array of independent shops, cafe's, bars, and restaurants at your doorstep. You will also be just a few minutes walk from the Brighton Dome, Komedia, and walking distance from The Pier, Brighton Centre and i360.
