Swim and paddle all summer, watch the foliage come in over the water in fall, ski Tenney (10 min) or Ragged (25 min) in winter — our dirt driveway is plowed and sanded all season. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing.
