Welcome to the Luett Stuuv! In the middle of the charming Bremen riverside district, you will find our lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment. The Luett Stuuv is located in a lively but quiet neighborhood with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

A historic building features a red brick façade with ornate decorative elements. Large windows allow natural light to fill the interior spaces. A decorative wrought-iron fence surrounds the front, complemented by small plants and seasonal flowers at the base.

Beautiful “Neustadt guest apartment” in the old Bremen house

Our guest apartment is located in the middle of Bremen's Neustadt and is therefore very centrally located. The apartment is located in the basement of a historic Bremen merchant villa from 1895. We renovated the apartment in 2018 and lovingly furnished it. From here, you can explore the beautiful city of Bremen on foot. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shopping opportunities, the daily weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafes, swimming pool, and much more.

A cozy room features a wood-burning stove with flames visible through a glass front. Stacked firewood is arranged neatly nearby, complementing the warm wooden beams of the ceiling and the light wood flooring. Soft textures are suggested by a plush rug in the foreground.

Entire floor in a farmhouse in the countryside

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with a tub and shower. On the first floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS. I cannot rule out that the curious furry residents will visit you if you have the door open for too long.

A spacious balcony offers a view of the Weser River and surrounding buildings. Two chairs and a small table are positioned on the balcony, providing a cozy spot to relax. Large windows allow natural light to fill the interior, enhancing the sense of openness.

Unique and stylish bright apartment in loft style on a horse farm. The guest suite has 80 sqm with an open plan living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with windows and a terrace. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easily accessible. The nearest tram stops can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. There is Internet with Wi-Fi access! However, no super fast fiber optic cable! Not selectable here in the center!

Nice appartment near the city

The apartment with its own entrance and terrace is located in a quiet side street in the heart of Bremen. The old town, culture, shopping, nightlife, public transport, the Weser, green spaces and playgrounds are all within a few minutes' walk. You couldn't wish for a better location to discover the city. The accommodation is ideal for single travelers, couples or families with children.
