Fuglasöngur, kyrrð, rómantík og notalegheit. Flóra er jarðhæð með svefnlofti. Á neðri hæðinni er inngangur, stofa, eldhús, bað og svefnherbergi. Á svefnlofti eru 2 rúm. Rólegt umhverfi og fallegt útsýni. Húsið er gamalt og er staðsett á bóndabænum Vattarnesi. Kindur eiga það til að koma inná tún. Húsið samanstendur af einu baðherbergi með sturtu og eldhúsi þar sem gestir geta eldað. Það eru þrjú svefnherbergi, tvö af þeim með tvíbreiðu rúmi og eitt með tveimur einbreiðum rúmum. Við erum ekki á hringveginum (vegi númer 1). Húsið er á gamla hringveginum á milli Fáskrúðsfjarðar og Reyðarfjarðar, 19km frá Fáskrúðsfirði og 29km frá Reyðarfirði.

Peaceful cottage red in the countryside.

Beautiful, warm and cozy cottage with beds for up to 4 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the village Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The closest grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.
