Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Original 1950 beach bungalow. Newly remodeled, all new stainless steel appliances, all new furniture, and new beds and bedding. It is four houses back from the beach with a small view of the ocean. You can listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breezes from the porch. The upstairs porch goes all around on two sides. A large primary bedroom with a King bed. A spacious second bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Has a double lot, lots of room.

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.
