The Mozart city of Salzburg is only 25 km away and can be easily reached (only 12 minutes' walk to the train station with P&R parking) by local train. A beautiful garden and two balconies on the upper floor invite you to relax and barbecue.

You will live alone in our new house in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest with a wide view of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the Holzöstersee, Höllerersee and the Mattsee. In half an hour you are in the city of Salzburg and in 15 minutes in neighboring Bavaria in Burghausen or Tittmoning. Relax in the pool and enjoy the tranquility. The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.
