It is very quiet, sunny + green here. The room is on the ground floor and small, barrier-free. It has 1 sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people. 1 more person could sleep on a very good mattress. Shower/toilet is for guests only. Own entrance with key is also available. The office equipment with PC, fax, printer, etc. can be used. On request, I will be happy to make breakfast, then you tell me what you want to eat + drink. There is no kitchen, but there is one on the 1st floor that can be used.

Skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and Christmas markets very close (within 1 hour drive). The new highway connection makes it ideal for car travelers. Bright, cozy, personally managed – a quiet retreat with its own local spring and pure nature by the spring stream.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Located on the Austrian-German border. The historic old town of the cultural city of Burghausen with restaurants, bars, cinemas, churches, museums, etc. is within walking distance. The Salzach river is right in front of the apartment and is perfect for walks up and down the river, or boat trips. The Wöhrsee in Burghausen is great for swimming in summer and ice bathing in winter. The “Burghausen Castle” (the longest castle in the world!) is definitely worth a visit.

The spacious garden can also be used and thus extends the living space by a lot on beautiful days. The popular bathing lakes such as Lake Mattsee, Lake Irrsee and Lake Mondsee can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! The single-family house has 200 m² of living space. A guest room with a double bed can be booked. On the south side there is a 40 m² terrace incl. hot tub. The hot tub is heated 365 days a year and is available for guests to use free of charge. The house is in a very quiet area and is therefore ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It is located in the Inn-Salzach tourist region. The cities of Salzburg and Munich are within an hour's drive.

Living at the Penzkofergut

This stylish and high-quality accommodation, in a historic and lovingly renovated manor house, is perfect for family and group trips. The property is nestled in a landscape park with extensive green and wooded areas, directly on a small stream. Nature plays the leading role here. This is also reflected in the natural and sustainable management of the property. Fresh vegetables, herbs, eggs and fruit are grown in the surrounding gardens.

Yurt near Salzburg

Our yurt is an original Mongolian yurt covered with sheep wool fleece from the region. It is located on our property where we live on a small farm with animals. The small village is quiet and secluded. The yurt can be equipped with double or single beds for the night as needed. Next door is the "cabin" where there is a kitchen with a stove and fridge, as well as a shower with hot water.
