Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

The exterior of the building features a welcoming yellow façade with traditional architectural details. A green door is framed by white trim. Colorful flowers and plants create a vibrant border along the walkway, enhancing the inviting appearance of the property.

My apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather couch and a TV corner. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the full apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden section. Direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing are possible.

A living area features a striped sofa and an ottoman, complemented by a wooden dining table set for four. A flat-screen television is mounted on the wall, while a decorative plant arrangement adds a touch of character. Light flows through a nearby window.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

A wooden dock extends over calm waters, leading to three boats secured alongside it. Lush greenery is visible in the distance, while white clouds float across a blue sky, reflecting in the water's surface.
