One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

It was a “Tin Shop & Stoves” store in the late 1800’s since then it has been a General Store and private residence. It is now a private Airbnb cottage where you can stay with all the comforts of a “couple’s retreat” along with a candy shop/store just for guests to experience the nostalgia of interacting with a historic General Store.

Large Condo, slps 18, perfect for summer vaca

This well-appointed Disciples Ridge condo at Boyne Mtn is on property and sleeps 16 in beds and 18 with sleeper sofa. This condo rents as a full unit and is the entire right side of the building...all three levels. A wonderful place for multiple families, this condo has everything needed for an amazing stay. Wonderful for families, weddings, reunions. We have other rentals in the Boyne areas and another property just two doors away
