Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. Whether you are just passing through the quiet little town of Crofton, visiting family, friends or needing a place to stay close to Lewis & Clark lake, your family will be close to everything when you stay at the Cozy Cottage located in the heart of Crofton. Inside you will find 3 cozy bedrooms all with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove for whipping up your favorite recipe or maybe you want to curl up with a good book and a cup of your favorite coffee using the Coffee Bar.

Cozy quiet cabin house. Full Kitchen , dining room w outdoor grill & seating. This private cabin sits on 20 acres with beautiful walking trails. Mulberry bend and lookout on the Missouri River are close by. Mullbery bend has a boat dock less than 1/4 mile from the cabin. Lots of boating and kayaking on this part of the Missouri River. The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Vermilion South Dakota and 30 minutes from Yankton , SD. Lewis and Clark recreational area.

FarmHouse Inn: Home away from Home!

2026 is change, just in management, NOT service! It's time I bow out of the day to day management. I look forward to traveling, visiting family and friends and doing what seniors do! We're excited the Board agreed to work with the Staff to manage the FarmHouse.
