We built this cottage on the grounds of our house, in Vila Ecológica Santa Rita, in the heart of Demetria, in Botucatu-SP. The project was conceived by Bioarchitect Tomaz Lotufo. We used demolition wood and bricks, and Mariana Cintra, ourselves and the Athias team built adobe walls, with impeccable finishing! Quiet location, equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, private outdoor bathroom attached to the house, balcony with sunset view, cerrado forest and ecological trail.

I'm 5 kilometers from the city, in a rural area, close to trails, waterfalls, and Demétria. Although the place is rural, we have Restaurante Celeiro, Pizza Bel, Bioloja Café. All delicious! Easy access by asphalt highway and 400 meters by dirt road to the farm.
