Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

In Minuten seid Ihr an den Haltestellen, die Euch mit Bus und Bahn sofort ins Zentrum Düsseldorfs, zur Messe oder ins Ruhrgebiet befördern. Der Flughafen, Flughafenbahnhof sowie die Hauptbahnhöfe sind schnell erreicht. Das schöne Kaiserswerth bietet Restaurants, Shopping und den Rhein vor der Tür.

The bright and friendly apartment is quietly located in the beautiful Rüttenscheider Mädchenviertel. The Messe Essen and the Folkwang Museum are within 5 minutes' walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, the "Rü" beckons with its diverse range of restaurants, bars and clubs – there is something for everyone. Despite the late evening hustle and bustle on the weekend on the "Rü", the studio is very quiet and you can hardly believe that you are in the middle of the action.

Connection to the highway network is also very close, very good access to public transport

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.
